1.Ukugezwa kwepayipi lamanzi kanye nomgodi wepompo: lapho sifaka ipayipi, kufanele sinake ukuvikela indawo yokungena nokuphuma kwepompo ukuze sigweme ukuhlukana;
2.Ukugezwa nokuhlunga uwoyela wepayipi likawoyela (ukugcoba ngenkani);
I-3.No-load test motor;
4.Ukuhlola ukujula kwe-coupling yenjini nepompo yamanzi, kanye nokuma kwe-angle yokuvula kanye ne-excircle akumele kube kukhulu kuno-0.05mm;;
5.Ukulungiswa kwesistimu yokusiza ngaphambi kokuqala iphampu: qinisekisa ukutholakala kwamanzi nokucindezela kwepayipi elikhulu lepompo;
I-6.Ukuguqula: Vula imoto futhi uhlole ukuthi imishini yepompo yamanzi isesimweni esihle, futhi angeke kube khona ujamu;
7.Ukuvula amanzi okupholisa emgodini wangaphandle we-mechanical seal (ukupholisa emgodini wangaphandle akudingeki uma okuphakathi kungaphansi kuka-80℃);
