Conditions of Use and Purpose
Use:
SLZAF type high temperature and high pressure hot water circulating pump is widely used in metallurgy (such as steel mills, etc.), power plants, rubber, petrochemical and chemical industries (such as coal chemical industry, coal gasification), textile, central heating of large building facilities and residential quarters, factories The transportation, circulation or boiler feed water of hot water or other organic heat exchange medium (liquid) in systems such as waste heat utilization, environmental protection and industrial process flow.
Conditions of Use:
The operating pressure of the system is less than 6.0MPa; when the conveying medium is hot water, the temperature of the medium is not higher than 260°C (up to 278°C); when it is other organic heat medium, the temperature is lower than 400°C.
Main performance parameters:
1. Flow Q: ~3000m3/h;
2. Head H: ~300m;
3. Working pressure P:~7.5MPa (must meet P-T diagram)
4. Pump speed n: ~1450r/min and 2950r/min
Pump structure features and advantages:
◆Select the optimized hydraulic model with high efficiency and low cavitation;
◆Optimized design of pump shaft structure, in line with API610 11th edition standard specification requirements. Therefore, the overall rigidity of the pump shaft is improved, and the pump transportation is reduced.The dynamic deflection of the operation reduces the vibration and noise of the pump operation;
◆Adopt reinforced heavy-duty bearing design. Two rows of cones at the drive end roller bearing or triple angular contact ball bearing; impeller end cylindrical roller shaft undertake;
◆Increase the volume of bearing suspension lubrication chamber; lubricating oil cooling adopts coiled tube or finned tube; splash oil lubrication or oil mist lubrication;
◆The pressure design of overcurrent parts is 7.5MPa, and the static pressure test is 11.25 MPa;
◆Seal ring + balance hole balance axial force;
◆The pump set is designed with sufficient rigidity, and the pump inlet and outlet meet API610 the standard value is 3 times the allowable force and moment of the nozzle;
◆The rotor part adopts the rear pull-out design structure;
◆The bearing housing is designed with three structures: non-cooled, air-cooled and water-cooled;
◆The sealing cavity meets the requirements of API682, and can be matched with various forms of mechanical seal; it can be installed with ordinary single-end mechanical seal, or to install double mechanical seals or metal bellows seals to accommodate different the selection requirements of the same working conditions;
◆Increase the effective volume of the mechanical seal cooling cavity, improve the the cooling effect of the mechanical seal extends the operating life of the mechanical seal.
