1. Pump can only run within the specified parameters;
2. Pump conveying medium must not contain air or gas, otherwise it will cause cavitation grinding and even damage parts;
3. Pump can not convey granular medium, otherwise it will reduce the efficiency of pump and the life of parts;
4.The pump can't run with the suction valve closed, otherwise the pump will run dry and the pump parts will be damaged.
5. Check the pump carefully before starting:
1)Checking whether all bolts, pipelines and leads are connected securely;
2)Checking whether all instruments, valves and instruments are normal;
3)Checking whether the oil ring position and oil level gauge are normal;
4)Checking whether the steering of the drive machine is correct;
Pre-installation inspection
1. Whether there are debugging conditions (water supply and power supply);
2. Whether the pipeline configuration and installation are complete and correct;
3. Pipeline support and whether there is stress on the pump inlet and outlet section;
4. Pump base needs secondary grouting;
5. Checking whether the anchor bolts and other connecting bolts are tightened;
Pre-pump operation
1.Flushing of water pipeline and pump cavity: when installing pipeline, we must pay attention to protect the inlet and outlet of pump to avoid sundries;
2.Flushing and oil filtering of oil pipeline (forced lubrication);
3.No-load test motor;
4.Checking the concentricity of motor and water pump coupling, and the concentricity of opening angle and excircle shall not be greater than 0.05mm;;
5.Preparation of auxiliary system before starting the pump: ensure the water intake and pressure of the main pipeline of the pump;
6.Turning: Turn the car and check whether the water pump equipment is in good condition, and there can be no jam;
7.Opening the cooling water in the external cavity of the mechanical seal (cooling in the external cavity is not required when the medium is lower than 80℃);
