1. Product overview
The SLDB type pump is a radial split designed according to API610 "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries". It is a single-stage, two-stage or three-stage horizontal centrifugal pump supported at both ends, centrally supported, and the pump body is a volute structure. .
The pump is easy to install and maintain, stable in operation, high in strength and long in service life, and can meet relatively harsh working conditions.
The bearings at both ends are rolling bearings or sliding bearings, and the lubrication method is self-lubricating or forced lubrication. Temperature and vibration monitoring instruments can be set on the bearing body as required.
The sealing system of the pump is designed in accordance with API682 "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Shaft Sealing System". It can be equipped with various forms of sealing, flushing and cooling solutions, and can also be designed according to customer requirements.
The hydraulic design of the pump adopts advanced CFD flow field analysis technology, which has high efficiency, good cavitation performance, and energy saving can reach the international advanced level.
The pump is directly driven by the motor through the coupling. The coupling is laminated and flexible. Only the intermediate section can be removed to repair or replace the driving end bearing and seal.
2. Application scope
The products are mainly used in industrial processes such as petroleum refining, crude oil transportation, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, natural gas industry, offshore drilling platform, etc., and can transport clean or impurity-containing media, neutral or corrosive media, high-temperature or high-pressure media.
Typical working conditions are: quenching oil circulation pump, quenching water pump, pan oil pump, high temperature tower bottom pump in refining unit, lean liquid pump, rich liquid pump, feed pump in ammonia synthesis unit, black water pump and circulating pump in coal chemical industry, Cooling water circulation pumps in offshore platforms, etc.
